The hotel is situated on the beach, offering a relaxing and quiet atmosphere, though slightly out of the main Hikkaduwa area. The rooms, although lovely, were not serviced daily throughout our stay, which was disappointing given the price range. The service was a mix of frosty experiences on some occasions but incredibly friendly and helpful interactions on others, particularly from the receptionists, restaurant staff, and drivers.
